Jack Higgins of The Los Altos Rotary AIDS Project (LARAP) will speak. LARAP was founded in 1989 by members of the Rotary Club of Los Altos, CA. Its goal is to engage Rotarians in the fight against HIV/AIDS. The group is focused on Africa at this time.
