We recite the 4-way test at the end of every meeting, but do we consciously apply the principles to our daily lives and work? Our vocational chairperson, Lorraine Davis, will interview members of the Rotary Board about how they think about and apply the 4-way test in their lives, beginning with our current and next year's leaders.

Where were you born and raised? Born in NY, but raised all over in Navy family; been in Hawaii since 1988.
What brought you to Hawaii? Create aquaculture program at UHH.
What is your job? Responsible for aquaculture education program.
What did you want to be growing up? marine biologist inspired by Jacques Cousteau; but get sea sick.

What is one example of using 4 way test? Is it the truth. Tenure allows him to speak the truth without retribution.
Tip to someone entering workforce? Give fair value to whomever is paying you,

Tip for caviar: Will be harvesting again in 2 weeks. Best to eat is on small pancake-like with cream cheese, with a shot of cold vodka.
How harvested: Humanely kill the fish, goes to Suisan, where served at Pond's Resturant and Kohala hotels; certified kitchen to process the eggs.
