- Decorating will start Fri, Sept 29
- Specialty craft beers for the pre-event will be donated by Big Island Brew House
and Waikiki Brew Co - This year all beers will be seasonal. Kadota Liquors is making arrangements.
- A professional stager will organize the pre-event
- This year Oktoberfest will honor Pete & Robert Muller
- Geoli arranged a donation of 60 cases of water from Waiakea Springs
