  • James Tyrin -  1) Rice Project on Tuesday 6/9 from 1-4pm and 4-7pm at Hilo Daijingu [10 Anela St.] please contact James if you would like to sign-up. 2) Will continue to hold online socials
  • Richard Cunningham - Will hold a drawing for HRYF mirror. Will prepare and draw the winner next week. We raised $5400 in total, thank you to everyone who participated.

Chad Farias

Chad Farias is the superintendent for Pahoa, Keaau, and Ka'u Schools.
  • Thank you to everyone who have helped with feeding Keiki during COVID-19
  • Pahoa School will open for children who qualify for extended learning with 3 students per class
  • There will be a packet pick-up for distance learning
  • Will continue to supply meals as long as money lasts
  • There will be SROs (School Resource Officers) who are responsible for safety and crime prevention in middle schools
