Happy Dollar
Happy Dollars from the last regular meeting on July 1, 2020
- Sandra S. -- $10 happy to have been selected the HRYF donor drawing and to receive the beautiful Koa mirror made by Richard Cunningham. Also appreciated Richard's delivering the mirror to me.
- Paula U. -- $20 happy. During Friday's installation her grandson was born.
- Junichi N. -- $10 happy. $5 because he doesn't have to chair this meeting anymore and $5 because he was able to use Square to make a payment with thanks to Chris O. for setting it up.
- Art T. -- $5 sad. Patty Sue was instrumental in getting the RCHB hooked up with Weinberg. He is sorry to see her leave the club due to her circumstances. He asked if we (RCHB) might be able to do something to keep her in the club.
Next Meeting
- The next club meeting will be Wednesday, July 7 from 7 a.m. via Zoom.
Additional Announcements
- Sharon S. requested that the previous Directors who are stepping down and/or changing positions to bring their training binder from two years ago to the Rice Bagging Event so they can be passed onto the next person.
- Art T. shared that he was able to fly for the first time since quarantine. He reported that the second flight out of Hilo was relatively empty and filling out forms, getting temperature taken was a relatively smooth process. He also stated that Hilo was different than Honolulu with regards to the process. Staff at the airport reported that Hawaiian Airlines and Southwest first flight out leave at the same time so there is a jam up with passengers getting through the line.
