Junichi Noumaru stopped by at the open table by The Rotaract Club of East Hawaii (UH Hilo) where the president, the vice president and the secretary were promoting the club to the fellow students. As of my visit, 27 students signed up to join the club. The club does activities almost every weekend. Good job!
