Trivia Question: Where did the first Oktoberfest take place? Answer: On October 12, 1810; for the commemoration of the marriage, Crown Prince Ludwig (later King Ludwig) and Princess Therese of Saxe-Hildburghausen, held on the festival grounds in Munich, Germany.
In October, the weather is still very good and stimulates the thirst of the visitors. In the year 1910, Oktoberfest celebrated its 100th birthday. 120,000 liters of beer were poured.
